Unfortunately a lot of people feel they can eat anything they like and lose belly fat by working out to burn off the extra calories. Some even believe that performing hundreds of sit ups every day will give you a flat tummy, that's probably the biggest myth around.

Fluids keep your liver doing what it should be doing. Your liver is a fat burning organ that's what it does, but when your kidneys are taxed from not drinking an adequate amount of water or when you are chronically dehydrated your liver has to take over some of the duties of the kidneys and when that happens, guess what, your fat burning shuts down. The best way to keep that from happening is to drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day.
